Apple comments on iPhone location storm, software update soon: Apple has finally broken its silence about the iPhone location controversy that erupted last week. The company posted a 10-question FAQ about the situation, and says it will release a software update soon that will help address some of the privacy concerns.
Amazon responds to Apple: "app store" is generic, toss the suit: Amazon is using a quote from Steve Jobs in an attempt to prove that even top Apple management seems to use the term "app store" in a generic manner.
